Shopping for your home should be fun, so don’t be afraid to mix things up! If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging. Buyer is responsible for arranging shipping and shipping costs.
A few items can’t be returned, including:
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
- Items purchased as part of a bundle at a discounted rate, e.g. “5 for $25” (unless the entire bundle is returned)
We will inspect the returned merchandise within 72 hours of receiving the item in our warehouse to ensure that it is in like-new condition. If item is in like-new condition, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method on file.
Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take up to 5 business days after we issue your refund for the credit to appear. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping fees.
Item must be returned in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging, otherwise a 20% restocking fee will be incurred. Item must be in like-new condition; if damaged, soiled, or visibly used, item will be deemed non-returnable.
Upon arrival to our warehouse, the product will be inspected and the appropriate refund will be issued. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and the pickup charge will be deducted from your refund.
We are happy to exchange an item if your order has not already shipped. Exchanges for shipped products are not allowed and would fall under our 30 day return policy.
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that has been damaged in transit or is defective, we are happy to provide a prompt replacement. If you notice the packaging or item is damaged upon delivery, please refuse the item from the shipping company and contact us. If the item is readily available, we will send out a replacement item within 3 business days. If you notice the damage after delivery, please take a few photos and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will assess the damage and work with you to determine a solution.
The manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of shipping. At our discretion, we will courier replacement parts immediately or ship a replacement product to you. Please note that warranties are not transferable and do not extend to re-sold items. For the warranty to be in effect, the product must have been used for its intended purpose through normal use. Defects resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal wear and tear, or if used for commercial purposes are not covered by warranty.
