1- How long will it take to get my order?
We ship your order within the 1-2 business day if the item is in our warehouse and it takes 5-6 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation e-mail.
2- What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You will be asked to select a delivery method during check out.
3- How do I know when my order has shipped?
We will email a tracking number as soon as your order has left our warehouse to allow for easy, updated tracking from our warehouse to your front door. Please feel free to contact us with any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org
4- What if my furniture is damaged during shipping?
We will send you replacement parts or replace the item if necessary. If you notice the packaging or item is damaged upon delivery, please refuse the item from the shipping company and contact us. We will send out a replacement item within 3 business days. If you notice the damage after delivery, please take a few photos and send them to email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will assess the damage and work with you to determine a solution.
5- What if something is missing from my order?

6- I’m not ready for my item, should I still order now or wait?
You should still order now to ensure we can ship the item when you are ready. We are happy to hold onto your item until the timing is convenient for you. Please contact us at email@example.com as soon as you place your order to ensure we put a hold on your shipment.
7- May I change the shipping address after I place the order?
Yes, please contact us as soon as you place the order so we can change the shipping address before the item ships. If the item has already shipped, you will need to contact the shipping company directly. There may be additional shipping charges incurred to redirect the shipment to the correct address, you must pay it directly to the carrier.
