Delivery & Pick-Ups

We ship all products from our warehouse in 2-3 business days. Pick-ups are also available. We can, also, schedule deliveries of store and online orders for future date. We can also assemble all of our furniture.

The day prior to your scheduled delivery date, our customer service will contact you by phone to confirm an estimated two (2) hour time window for your delivery.

If, during delivery, your merchandise or property has been damaged, you must notify store personnel within 7 days of the date of delivery

Delivery / Assmebly Cost

For store orders, delivery and assembly cost depends on location and order amount. Our sales associate will quote your for delivery and assembly cost at the store.

Shipping and Assembly is FREE for orders above $2000.00 in local Chicago and suburbs. For online orders, shipping cost will be calculated during check out.

We accept all major credit cards, Check and Cash payments

What Shipping Methods are Available?

For store orders, Our professional shipping team will deliver and assemble your order with care.

For Online orders, Smaller products can be shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground.

Larger shipments will be shipped by common carrier via truck.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Buying online is 100% safe. We do not save any credit card or payment information. Our website is protected with SSL secure connection.

How do I place an Order?

You can simply add any item to cart and proceed to check-out. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to CONTACT us

Returns

If you're not satisfied with an item that you purchased on Decor Plus Furniture Store, you can initiate a return within 30 days ,5 days for damages ,after delivery for a refund, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs , except in instances where the item arrived damaged or defective. Note that the option to initiate a return will only appear for 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

If you choose to get a refund for eligible items, you'll be refunded the purchase price and applicable sales tax. For items that were not damaged or defective, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs (whether the item was shipped by parcel or freight) Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment shortly after Decor Plus Store receives and processes the eligible item

Cancellations

For Store orders, please contact us prior the delivery and we ll cancel your order

For online orders, You may cancel an order within 12 hours after placing the order by visiting the Orders page and selecting the "Cancel Order" button for the order. Note that the option to cancel will only appear for 12 Hours after you place an order. After that point, the order will be processed for delivery to you.
