How the Protection Plan Works
If a covered stain or damage occurs, simply call the toll free customer service line within 30 days of the incident. ServeCo will clean the stain or repair the damage. If it can’t be cleaned or repaired, we’ll replace it!

How to Get My Protection Plan Documents And File a Claim
You will receive a copy of your protection plan documents via the email address that you provided at the time of your purchase. You can enter your own claims, check the status of existing claims, and get copies of your plan documents at any time with ease by clicking on Claims
